  I came here to share my bad experience, but it looks like everybody else already did.
  
  My girlfriend and I came at around 7 pm on Wednesday evening. I didn't mind the slow service, but what I did mind was the major attitude of the female employee (she wears glasses). I came in smiling, she was extremely rude and had a very bad attitude while "serving" me. Then she decides to talk on the phone while taking my order, she mouthed to me "what do you want", I calmly tell her my order as she requested, then she gives me a mean look like "how dare you interrupt my phone call". At this point I looked really angry which made her ease up a little.
  
  At the end, she messed up my order (regular iced coffee), and messed up my girlfriends order (cappuccino blast), she spilled it everywhere, put so much ice that it was watered down. Besides that the donuts were stale. You specialize in donuts but it's sad when your donuts suck.
  
  If you see girl with glasses on Wednesday evenings, run as far as you can.
